1. Business Model

  • JollyPrints is operated by a single designer based in Pathankot, Punjab.
  • All products are made-to-order.
  • Designs are created by the owner using digital tools and AI.
  • Production and shipping are handled by Qikink (Coimbatore).

2. Product Information

  • Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • Print placement and sizing may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
  • Size guides are provided for apparel. Customers must check sizes before ordering.

3. Payments

We accept online payments supported by Shopify.
Cash on Delivery (if available) may be limited to certain products or locations.

4. Order Fulfillment

Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Shipping Time: 4–9 business days depending on destination

5. Returns and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for courier delays, external disruptions, or misuse of products post-delivery.
