All JollyPrints products are made-to-order. Therefore, returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Returns Accepted For

  • Damaged products
  • Defective prints
  • Wrong item, size, or design received

Returns Not Accepted For

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Colour differences between screen and print
  • Issues arising from customer-provided artwork for custom designs

How to Request a Return

Please email us at helpdesk@getjollyprints.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or unboxing video of the issue
  • Short description of what went wrong

Resolution Options

  • Replacement of the item
  • Full refund if a replacement is not available
