All JollyPrints products are made-to-order. Therefore, returns are accepted only in specific cases.
Returns Accepted For
- Damaged products
- Defective prints
- Wrong item, size, or design received
Returns Not Accepted For
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Colour differences between screen and print
- Issues arising from customer-provided artwork for custom designs
How to Request a Return
Please email us at helpdesk@getjollyprints.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or unboxing video of the issue
- Short description of what went wrong
Resolution Options
- Replacement of the item
- Full refund if a replacement is not available
